1. Welcome to Elunéa!

We're so glad you stopped by! 😊 These terms and conditions explain our ordering process, shipping, and returns in a simple and transparent way. They apply to all orders placed through our online shop.

We are a small company that sells high-quality lip care products to end customers in Germany and the EU.

3. How your purchase is made

  1. Every product in our shop is carefully described so you know exactly what you're getting.
  2. By clicking on “Buy now,” you are placing a binding order.
  3. Shortly thereafter, you will receive a confirmation email – this simply tells us that we have received your order.
  4. As soon as we ship your order, the contract is concluded.

4. Prices & Payment

  1. All prices include VAT, plus shipping costs.
  2. You can conveniently pay with:
    • PayPal
    • Klarna (installment payment, instant bank transfer, invoice)
    • Apple Pay & Google Pay
    • credit card
    • Giropay
  3. Payment is made directly when ordering so that we can ship your products quickly.

5. Shipping & Delivery

  1. We deliver to Germany and the EU .
  2. Shipping is via DHL, delivery time within Germany: approx. 6–10 working days .
  3. Deliveries to other EU countries may occasionally take a little longer – we'll do our best to ensure your order reaches you as quickly as possible.
  4. If something is not available, we will contact you immediately and find a solution together

 

6. Your property & security

The products you order belong to you as soon as payment is complete. Until then, they remain the property of Elunéa.

7. Your right of withdrawal

To ensure that you feel safe with us, we offer you a 14-day right of withdrawal :

  • You can return your order within 14 days of receipt without giving any reason.
  • Just send us a short message to info@elunea-beauty.de .
  • The return shipment is at your expense, and we will promptly refund all payments.

Sample cancellation form: Upon request, we will send you a PDF that you can fill out directly.

8. Warranty & Defects

If a product isn't perfect, please contact us. We'll arrange a replacement or refund—whichever works best for you.

9. Liability

We do our best to make everything perfect. We are only liable for damages caused intentionally or through gross negligence.

We treat your data with care and use it only to process your order. Learn more in our privacy policy.

11. Concluding words

We want you to enjoy our products! If something doesn't fit, just contact us – we'll find a solution together.
German law applies (excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods). Should individual provisions be invalid, the remaining terms and conditions remain valid.
