Payment information

Accepted payment methods

In our online shop, the following payment options are available:

  • Credit card (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro)
    Your card account will be debited immediately after your order is completed.
  • PayPal
    You pay the invoice amount via the online provider PayPal. You must be registered there or first register, authenticate yourself with your login details, and confirm the payment order to us.
  • Apple Pay / Google Pay
    If you have activated the corresponding service on your device, you can pay the invoice amount conveniently and securely directly via Apple Pay or Google Pay.
  • Klarna (instant bank transfer, invoice, installment purchase)
    Payment is processed by Klarna Bank AB (publ), Sveavägen 46, 111 34 Stockholm, Sweden.
    If you select the "Instant Bank Transfer" option, you will be redirected to Klarna's secure payment page at the end of the order process. There, you can make the payment via online banking using your PIN and TAN . Your account details will not be transmitted to us.
  • GiroPay
    With GiroPay, you can pay easily and securely via your online banking account. After selecting this payment method, you will be redirected directly to your bank's online banking page, where you can authorize the payment using your PIN and TAN.
  • Prepayment by bank transfer (optional)
    After completing your order, you will receive our bank details by email.
    Shipping will take place after receipt of payment.

Due date of payment

Unless otherwise agreed, the invoice amount is due immediately upon conclusion of the contract .
If you choose the payment method “Prepayment”, shipping will only take place after receipt of payment.

Prices

All prices quoted are final prices in euros (€) .
According to Section 19 UStG (small business regulation), no sales tax is charged and therefore not shown .
Any shipping costs will be stated separately and are to be borne by the customer unless free shipping is offered.

Payment security

Your payment data is transmitted via an SSL-encrypted connection to ensure maximum security.
Your payment information is processed exclusively through the respective payment service providers ; we do not store any sensitive payment data on our servers.
