Shipping conditions

1. Shipping area
We deliver our products within Germany and the EU .
2. Shipping service provider
We ship our packages reliably with DHL .
3. Delivery times
- Germany: approx. 6–10 working days after receipt of payment
- EU countries: it may occasionally take a little longer . We'll do our best to ensure your order arrives quickly.
4. Shipping costs
- Germany: Free shipping for orders over € 30. Below this amount, we charge standard shipping costs, which are displayed during the ordering process.
- EU countries: Free shipping for orders over €50. Below this amount, we charge standard shipping rates, which are displayed during the ordering process.
5. Shipment tracking
As soon as your package has been shipped, you will receive an email from us with the tracking number so that you can view the status of your delivery at any time.
6. Delivery delays
Should there be any delays (e.g. due to DHL or unforeseen events), we will inform you immediately by email and find a solution together.
7. Damaged or lost shipments
Please inspect the delivery upon receipt. Please report any damaged or incomplete packages immediately to info@elunea-beauty.de so we can resolve the issue quickly.
